At BRYVETH, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unworn, unused, and unwashed;
Be in its original condition;
Include all original tags, labels, and packaging;
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
BRYVETH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied:
Gift cards;
Final sale or clearance items;
Personalised or customised products;
Items altered at the customer’s request;
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the return period.
Please include:
Your order number;
The item(s) you wish to return;
The reason for the return;
Photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item received is defective;
The wrong item was shipped;
The product was damaged during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BRYVETH cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels and is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged;
Defective;
Incorrect;
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may request photographs to assess the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or full refund.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by BRYVETH; and
Additional time depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
Different sizes;
Defective products;
Incorrectly supplied items.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
9. Promotional Items and Gifts
Items purchased during promotional campaigns remain eligible for return in accordance with this policy unless otherwise stated.
If a complimentary gift was included as part of the qualifying purchase, the gift may also need to be returned in order to receive a full refund.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund and Returns Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers located in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may have additional legal rights regarding faulty goods, cancellations, and refunds.
